Small World Learning Center is hiring a Director to lead our Spring Park location—a smaller, close-knit program with five classrooms and a licensed capacity of 61 children.
We’re looking for someone with childcare experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team and create a positive, supportive workplace. Previous director experience is preferred, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person!
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily center operations and help create a safe, welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
- Manage staff schedules, classroom coverage, and staffing needs.
- Support, coach, and hold employees accountable while building a positive team culture.
- Communicate professionally with families and address questions or concerns.
- Oversee licensing compliance, staff and child records, and required training.
- Support enrollment through tours and relationships with families.
- Partner with company leadership on center goals and ongoing improvements.
