As a Floating Center Director, you'll work alongside multiple center teams to coach and develop employees, strengthen educational programs, improve daily operations, and help create an outstanding experience for students and families.
You'll also serve as an interim Center Director when needed, stepping in to independently lead a center during leadership transitions, vacancies, or extended absences.

What You'll Do…
Support & Develop Center Teams
- Partner with Center Directors and Education & Floor Managers to strengthen daily center operations and educational execution.
- Coach, mentor, and train instructors and center leadership team members.
- Observe instructional sessions and provide feedback to improve student engagement and learning experiences.
- Support employee onboarding, development, and ongoing training.
- Help center teams implement best practices and maintain consistent educational standards.
- Build positive, collaborative relationships across multiple locations.
Strengthen Educational Excellence
- Ensure students receive a high-quality, engaging Mathnasium learning experience.
- Support student progress monitoring, learning plan execution, and educational procedures.
- Help maintain organized, welcoming, and effective learning environments.
- Assist with parent progress conversations and student retention initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve instructional quality and the overall family experience.
Step In & Lead When Needed
- Serve as acting Center Director during leadership vacancies, transitions, or extended absences.
- Oversee daily center operations, staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
- Conduct introductory calls, initial assessments, and enrollment conversations.
- Build relationships with prospective and current families.
- Monitor enrollment, retention, revenue, and center performance.
- Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain strong communication with District Managers and regional leadership.
- Help ensure smooth transitions when permanent center leadership is established.
Drive Operational Consistency
- Travel between Mathnasium centers throughout the Orlando and greater Central Florida area based on business needs.
