Education Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist (ESS) to join our team! The ESS works under the direct supervision of the school to which they are assigned, providing individualized and small-group support to help students succeed academically.
What You'll Do:
- Work with students individually or in small groups to support classroom assignments and strengthen academic skills
- Follow guidance from school administrators and classroom teachers, while also developing your own interventions based on student needs
- Coordinate closely with school staff, offering feedback on services provided and participating in meetings as requested
- Serve as a substitute teacher when needed, primarily at your assigned school, with occasional flexibility to support other schools within our organization
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the school administrator to help meet the evolving needs of our students throughout the school year
