The Sr. Consultant, Analytic Solutions – Human Resources will serve as a trusted analytics advisor for the Inclusive Culture and Culture groups, delivering prescriptive, decision-ready insights that enable leaders to make informed business decisions with confidence. Leverage strong business acumen, disciplined execution, responsible AI, and research to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and trends that drive measurable business outcomes.
Own the end-to-end analytics relationship with stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations and influencing leadership decisions through impactful storytelling and consultation. Drive operational excellence through agile delivery practices, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement of analytics products and processes.
Champion the use of agentic AI and automation to enhance efficiency, accelerate insight generation, and reduce manual effort while maintaining human accountability for interpretation and decision-making. Ensure strong governance, metric integrity, and reporting effectiveness by consolidating low-value reporting, improving clarity of insights, and maintaining ownership of key analytics assets.
Success is measured by the ability to influence business outcomes, deliver high-value analytics solutions, build trusted partnerships, improve operational efficiency through automation, and provide clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of analytic solutions that support enterprise-wide HR strategies and initiatives.
Act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert to HR leaders, business partners, and stakeholders, providing insights that drive informed decision-making and measurable business outcomes.
Apply advanced statistical methods and data modeling techniques to uncover patterns, correlations, and predictive insights.
Ensure data quality by validating the accuracy, reliability, and relevance of datasets used in analysis and modeling.
Identify business needs related to talent, culture, learning, and performance, and formulate hypotheses to guide data exploration and solution development.
Create clear, compelling data visualizations and narratives tailored to the audience, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People Analytics and other business units, on enterprise-wide HR analytics projects.
Align analytic solutions with strategic business objectives, delivering insights that support planning, prioritization, and decision-making.
Provide thought leadership on emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in HR analytics, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Educate and influence stakeholders on best practices in data analysis, visualization, and the application of advanced analytics in HR.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Associate Vice President or Vice President. This is an individual contributor role
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree in industrial/organizational psychology, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, business administration, human resources or related areas.
Experience: Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience in data extraction, synthesizing, validating, analyzing, or modeling using multiple databases. Experience with advanced mathematical modeling techniques, including predictive, using a variety of data sources and providing practical solutions
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Advanced knowledge of quantitative theories and techniques and role in business context and business applications. Thorough knowledge of relevant statistical, mathematical, or computational techniques. Human resources knowledge strongly desired. Confirmed knowledge of project management concepts and techniques required. Solid knowledge of qualitative techniques and behavioral research. Skilled in core statistical applications such as understanding probability, application and analysis of data, hypothesizing, and testing. Able to evaluate sources of variation and identify influential factors/features. Demonstrated ability to consult and advise around complex situations and business needs. Working knowledge of key statistical software and general programming applications. Ability to translate analytic findings into impactful communications and relevant visualizations. Proven experience in structuring, solving and communicating sophisticated business problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
