Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Director Global Human Resources, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive high performance across the organization. You need to have an interest in understanding of global HR practices, cultural sensitivities, and business acumen to effectively support diverse teams and regions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Project Management:
- Assists in the demonstration of service excellence to all customers. Ensures a positive first impression and professional appearance.
- Plans, implements and oversees special projects to ensure the effective delivery of Division-wide HR Services. In this capacity, uses and complies with project management and portfolio management standards, tools, and protocols as defined by the HR Strategy & Operations COE.
- Researches and analysis HR trends and policies, making recommendations as appropriate.
Human Resource Business Partner Support and Knowledge:

Lead organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimize organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand the business strategy and develop HR strategies, initiatives, and solutions that support organizational goals.

Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes.
- Lead or participate in global HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Business Human Resource Capabilities:
- Leverages business strategy and understanding of how the business works, to provide HR solutions to drive business performance through associates and leaders.
- Considers a broad range of internal and external factors when solving problems and decision making, recognizes strategic opportunities, generates new ideas, goes beyond the status quo and the obvious.
- Senses and evaluates internal and external business contexts and trends to identify and deliver workforce solutions that impact critical business outcomes, enable associate engagement and drive organizational success.
- Follows a set of instructions and standards to successfully complete a process and deliver results, good at figuring out the steps necessary to get things done, seeks to improve how things get done.
- Achieves trust and respect required to be viewed as a valuable and credible member of the business leadership team.
- Navigates the organizational dynamics to negotiate, influence and engage with key stakeholders to drive business success and outcomes.
- Relates to people in an open, friendly and warm manner sustaining effective relationships throughout the organization.
- Designs and develops business reports and presentations that are effectively used to communicate insights, data, recommendations and decisions to a variety of stakeholders.
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelors Degree is required- Master's Degree is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources with 3 years at the senior level required
- SPHR is preferred
