We are seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Service Tech to complete our team. This position would involve teaming with our Senior tech to perform service calls, installations, preventative maintenance, and repairs in both commercial and residential settings.

Responsibilities
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Assist with service, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Some evening and weekend availability may be required.
- Help diagnose HVAC system issues and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Assist with installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, thermostats, and related components.
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and senior technician instructions.
- Provide professional and courteous service to residential and commercial customers.
- Assist with other HVAC-related duties as needed.
Experience
- Service technician experience, construction experience, or related hands-on work is helpful; mechanical knowledge and equipment troubleshooting skills are important.
- Familiarity with HVAC, HVAC/R, HVAC system repair, installation, and maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical diagnostics, schematics, and equipment repair is an asset.
- EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certification is preferred where applicable; a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a service van_ IS _required.
- Strong customer service, clear communication, and a practical approach to diagnosing and resolving problems.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical work.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to work as part of a team.
