POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President, Infrastructure Operations & Security provides strategic and operational leadership for the Company's global technology environment. This role is accountable for aligning technology capabilities and investments with business priorities; protecting systems, networks, and data; and ensuring reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology services. The Vice President leads enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, service delivery, data governance, technology risk, vendor management, and IT financial management, while partnering with executive and functional leaders to enable growth, operational performance, and an effective employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy, Governance, and Business Partnership

• Develop and execute a multi-year information technology strategy and roadmap aligned with the Company's business objectives, operating model, growth plans, and customer requirements.
• Advise executive leadership on technology trends, opportunities, risks, investment priorities, and the business impact of technology decisions.
• Establish and lead enterprise technology governance, including demand intake, prioritization, architecture standards, project oversight, investment approvals, and benefits realization.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Provide clear, timely reporting to executive leadership on technology performance, strategic initiatives, risks, resource utilization, service levels, and financial results.

Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance

• Lead the Company's cybersecurity strategy and program, including governance, risk assessment, identity and access management, security operations, vulnerability management, awareness, and incident response.
• Ensure technology controls and practices support applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, customer, data privacy, and government contracting requirements, including relevant NIST, CMMC, and DFARS obligations where applicable.
• Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery, data backup, crisis response, and technology resilience programs; ensure plans are documented, tested, and improved regularly.
• Maintain effective technology risk management and control environments, including audit readiness, remediation tracking, third-party risk management, and appropriate escalation of material risks.

Infrastructure, Operations, and Service Delivery

• Provide executive oversight of enterprise infrastructure, networks, cloud services, end-user computing, telecommunications, collaboration platforms, data centers, and related technology operations.
• Ensure the availability, performance, security, scalability, and integrity of technology services supporting domestic and international operations.
• Establish service management standards, service-level expectations, performance measures, and continuous improvement practices that deliver a consistent employee and customer experience.
• Oversee major incidents and problem management, ensuring timely communication, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and organizational learning.

Enterprise Applications, Data, and Transformation

• Provide executive oversight of the Company's enterprise application portfolio, including ERP, HRIS, finance, operations, customer, collaboration, and other mission-critical platforms.
• Lead technology-enabled transformation and modernization initiatives that improve productivity, standardize processes, strengthen controls, and reduce operating complexity.
• Establish enterprise data governance, ownership, quality, retention, access, and reporting standards in partnership with business leaders.
• Evaluate and responsibly deploy emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and cloud capabilities, based on business value, security, compliance, and risk.
• Ensure applications and integrations are supported by appropriate lifecycle management, architecture, documentation, testing, change management, and adoption practices.

Financial, Vendor, and Portfolio Management

• Develop and manage the technology operating and capital budgets, including workforce plans, forecasts, business cases, cost optimization, and financial controls.
• Optimize the Company's technology portfolio by addressing duplication, underutilized licenses, technical debt, and total cost of ownership.
• Establish standards for make, buy, build, cloud, outsourcing, and managed service decisions.
• Lead strategic vendor and managed service provider relationships, including sourcing, contract negotiation, performance management, service-level compliance, risk, and value realization.
• Oversee technology programs and projects to ensure disciplined planning, resource allocation, risk management, change management, and delivery against approved scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.

Leadership and Talent

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, service-oriented technology organization with clear accountability, succession planning, and appropriate technical and leadership capabilities.
• Establish goals, performance measures, operating rhythms, and development plans that promote execution, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Create a culture of cybersecurity awareness, operational discipline, customer service, transparency, and responsible technology use across the Company.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 15 years of progressive information technology experience, including significant leadership responsibility for enterprise technology functions in a complex organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple technology disciplines, including infrastructure and operations, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, service delivery, technology governance, and vendor management.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise technology strategies, roadmaps, budgets, and transformation programs tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, technology controls, data protection, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management practices.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, partner with executive and functional leaders, communicate complex technology issues in business terms, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated success building teams, developing leaders, managing organizational change, and establishing a strong service and accountability culture.
• Ability to travel as business needs require and to support critical events outside standard business hours.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required by the position or customer obligations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Leadership experience in government contracting, defense, security services, or another highly regulated and geographically dispersed environment.
• Experience supporting global operations and navigating international data protection, security, and technology requirements.
• Experience with cloud transformation, ERP and HRIS modernization, data governance, artificial intelligence, automation, and enterprise architecture.
• Relevant professional certification, such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, PMP, ITIL, or a major cloud platform certification.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is primarily performed in a professional office or hybrid environment and may involve frequent interruptions and extended periods using a computer. Standard business hours generally apply; however, the role must be available as needed to support technology incidents, business continuity events, executive priorities, maintenance windows, and global operations outside standard hours. Periodic domestic and international travel may be required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Occasional movement of lightweight technology or office equipment may be required.
