Studio 33 is seeking an experienced kickboxing instructor who is passionate about fitness, technique, strength, and creating engaging group movement experiences.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Lead dynamic kickboxing classes that combine cardio, strength, coordination, and technique. Create an empowering environment where members can challenge themselves, build confidence, and develop their skills through intentional movement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead engaging kickboxing classes that incorporate technique, conditioning, strength, and
cardiovascular endurance.
- Demonstrate proper kickboxing techniques, combinations, and movement patterns.
- Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and modifications for varying fitness levels.
- Create a motivating, inclusive environment that encourages confidence and personal growth.
- Prioritize proper form, safety, and appropriate movement progressions.
- Deliver a consistent experience that aligns with Studio 33's brand and community values.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Holds a recognized kickboxing or relevant fitness certification.
- Has experience teaching kickboxing, boxing, or applicable group fitness classes.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of striking techniques, combinations, and safe movement practices.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable leading group classes.
- Reliable, communicative, and collaborative
Training, Expectations & Compensation
Every instructor plays an important role in creating the Studio 33 experience. We value consistency, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to our community.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Selected instructors will participate in an in-house training and development program to become familiar with our teaching standards, class expectations, brand values, and overall studio experience.
- A dedicated two-week intensive training period.
- In-house training and development before independently leading classes.
- Alignment with Studio 33's class structure, teaching standards, and expectations.
- A willingness to invest the necessary time and effort to complete the training period.
Please note: Completion of the required training period is expected before instructors independently lead classes.

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY
Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, modality, and role responsibilities. Opportunities may be structured as either hourly compensation or a salaried position, depending on the individual and the needs of the studio.
