Location: Remote (3 Days Onsite at Nashville, TN / Denver, CO)

Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise Reltio MDM solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Reltio data modeling, match/merge, survivorship, Golden Record management, and Reltio Integration Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure Reltio entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, reference data, and data models.
- Implement match/merge, survivorship, data quality, and Golden Record strategies.
- Develop and maintain RIH recipes, mappings, connectors, transformations, and workflows.
- Build integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, flat files, and event-driven architectures.
- Support batch, real-time, and event-based integration processes.
- Perform data loading, reconciliation, validation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot integration and production issues and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in MDM, data integration, or related technologies.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
- Strong understanding of Reltio data modeling, match/merge, survivorship, and Golden Records.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL.
- Experience with batch, real-time, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in an Agile environment.
Preferred Skills
- Reltio Certification.
- GCP experience.
- Kafka or Google Cloud Pub/Sub.
- CI/CD and automated deployment experience.
