* Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including:

* Basic understanding of networking, security, and firewalls.
* Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical learning abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Strong organizational, time-management, and task-prioritization skills.
* High attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to work flexible and extended hours, including required Sunday home-game support.
Key Responsibilities:
* IT Asset Management: Manage the complete asset lifecycle, including acquisition, setup, deployment, maintenance, upgrades, support, troubleshooting, retirement, and disposal.
* Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletions (MACD): Perform changes to technology equipment, user accounts, and related IT resources.
* Help Desk Support: Respond to IT support tickets and provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and end-user technology issues.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate level of support when necessary.
* Game-Day IT Support: Provide onsite IT support at the Giants’ facility and/or MetLife Stadium during home games.
* Departmental Support: Assist other IT team members with daily technical and operational tasks as needed.
* End-User Assistance: Communicate clearly with users, track requests, and ensure issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
* Policy Compliance: Follow established company, NFL, and regulatory policies and procedures.
* Flexible Scheduling: Support operations outside standard business hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and potentially away games.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with state government or public sector organizations.
Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.
Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning.
Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards.
Microsoft certifications in Intune, Azure, or Endpoint Management.
Experience integrating MDM solutions with ticketing or asset management systems.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 48.0 per week
