Job Description:
Are you ready to join a dynamic and innovative team on the cutting edge of biotechnology? We are looking for a skilled individual to play a crucial role in our mission. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects involving the encapsulation and purification of mRNA and genetic payloads, ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the entire process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Payload Encapsulation: Expertly encapsulate a range of genetic payloads, including mRNA, Circular RNA, and sgRNA, within a diverse array of lipids.
- Precise Purification and Concentration: Follow LNP downstream processing SOP to perform LNP purification and concentrating. Related technical skill include but not limit to ultrafiltration, TFF, sterile filtration, and FPLC methods.
- Performing complicate antibody decorated LNP process and related purification process following SOP guidance.
- In process QC for LNP size, zeta, PDI, encapsulation efficiency measure and others, make sure following good documentation rule and take care for details.
- Nanoparticle Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on particle size and zeta potential to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Final Product Preparation: Prepare the final product for shipment, including filtering, aliquot filling, and affixing labels to shipping tubes.
- Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) Compliance: Strictly adhere to production S.O.P.s to maintain consistency, quality to validated processes.
- Thorough Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records accordance to ISO 9001 of all processes and materials used in the production.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory using our management system, and proactively order materials as needed for production.
- High Throughput and Accuracy: Quickly and accurately perform tasks in high repetition.

Qualifications
- Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field in Chemistry.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience working with mRNA or Lipid Nanoparticles (LNP) is a definite plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with techniques such as PCR, HPLC, or enzymatic reactions is highly desired.
- Team Collaboration: The ability to work effectively as part of a small cross-disciplinary team is essential to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
- Adaptability: Experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment is highly desirable.
- Effective Communication: The capability to communicate with peers and managers in a polite and concise manner is a valuable asset.

Compensation:
Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 total compensation, including bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
