Mental Health Therapist — Licensed | In-Person/Hybrid | Flexible Caseload
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and fully licensed mental health therapists to join our welcoming and supportive practice in Glendale, Wisconsin. Ideal candidates will hold an active, unrestricted Wisconsin clinical license, such as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
This flexible hybrid/remote opportunity allows clinicians to help determine their own schedules and caseloads while receiving comprehensive administrative support.

Clinicians working 30 or more hours per week receive a dedicated office. Those working fewer than 30 hours may use shared office space, subject to availability.
Health insurance is available to eligible W-2 employees who regularly work at least 30 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active, unrestricted Wisconsin clinical license through the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or other applicable independently licensed mental health professional.
- Full independent clinical licensure is required. Pre-licensed associates, graduate-level interns, and candidates requiring clinical supervision toward licensure are not eligible for this position.
- Must provide mental health services within the scope of their professional license and in accordance with Wisconsin state regulations and ethical standards.
- EMDR training or certification is preferred but not required.
- Current participation with insurance panels is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation skills are highly desirable.
Clinicians who are not currently paneled with insurance companies may receive assistance with credentialing.
Clinical Supervision: We are also seeking a clinician who is willing and qualified to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to pre-licensed therapists, associates, and graduate-level interns at our Glendale location.
