- Champion safety initiatives across the warehouse and job sites, ensuring adherence to PPE and safety protocols.
- Efficiently manage the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and update inventory management systems with accuracy.
- Assist in managing the fleet of warehouse and logistics equipment (e.g., forklifts, trailers).
- Track and manage inventory to ensure accurate counts and availability.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to fulfill material requests, anticipate shortages, and reorder supplies as needed.
- Support the development of inventory metrics and reporting for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of materials, verifying that orders are correct and meet specifications.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment of materials, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Reconcile packing slips with purchase orders, working closely with the Logistics Coordinator for inventory and material accuracy.
- Mentor and lead warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in materials handling, warehouse operation, or logistics
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or projects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic logistics software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing and collaborative skills
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data and manage database
- Ability to receive, stock, and /or deliver goods
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
- Demonstrated professional demeanor and communications with customers, field team, vendors and management
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with deadlines
- Strong incident investigation, root cause analysis and continuous improvement skills
- Easily adapt to changing situations, work-flow and deadlines
- Able to respond to situations in a positive manner and provide good customer service skills
- Strong administrate and organizational skills
- Must have a good command of the English language in order to provide effective phone, desk-side, and email support

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
