- Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 per year

Responsibilities

- Own and optimize production processes for aerospace components
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and increase throughput
- Partner with engineering to troubleshoot and implement design improvements
- Develop and maintain clear work instructions, procedures, and test methods
- Support prototyping, tooling, and CAM programming activities
- Mentor technicians and promote best practices on the shop floor
- Evaluate suppliers, materials, and production readiness
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 4+ years in manufacturing (aerospace or high-spec environments preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining, tooling, and production equipment
- Strong background in lean/continuous improvement (Kaizen, A3, Poka-Yoke)
- Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks) and manufacturing systems (ERP, Power BI a plus)
- Ability to read technical drawings and drive data-based decisions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
