We're looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to own high-touch event experience programs that drive engagement with Salesforce's most important accounts. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, field sales, and experiential — responsible for delivering meaningful, measurable moments for top accounts, SICs, CABs, and ABM-targeted audiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
This Senior PMM will own high-touch event experience programs targeting Salesforce's most strategic accounts, including Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) engagements, Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), Third party events and ABM-targeted activations. Core responsibilities include:
SIC & CAB Program Ownership — Lead end-to-end planning, strategy, and logistics for Salesforce Innovation Center engagements and Customer Advisory Board sessions, including agenda development, speaker prep, account team coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Top Account Event Strategy — Partner with field sales, Chief Customer Office (CCO), and account teams to design curated event experiences that accelerate pipeline and deepen executive relationships with named top accounts.
ABM Event Activation — Collaborate with ABM and Demand Generation teams to develop targeted event programs aligned to account-specific priorities, ensuring relevant product narratives and content reach the right stakeholders.
Event Messaging & Content — Develop and adapt Agentforce Sales messaging for executive audiences attending SICs, CABs, top account engagements and 3rd Party events — translating portfolio value into compelling, tailored conversations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work in lock-step with Events & Scaled Programs leadership, PMMs, AEs, CCO leads, and SE teams to ensure alignment on event strategy, coverage, and execution.
Measurement & Reporting — Track engagement, pipeline influence, and program outcomes; publish insights to optimize future programming.
What We're Looking For
5-7 years of product marketing, field marketing, or event marketing experience — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
Demonstrated experience running executive-level programs (CABs, SICs, EBCs, or equivalent)
Strong storytelling skills — able to distill complex product value into clear, executive-level narratives tailored to specific accounts and personas
Experience with ABM strategy and working closely with field sales and account teams
Highly organized with strong program management skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Familiarity with Salesforce products and the Sales/Revenue technology within the ecosystem a strong plus
