Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, creative, organized, and results-driven. The Marketing Manager will develop marketing plans, manage campaigns, coordinate with the team, and help improve overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing plans for social media, livestream, and online sales channels
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales
- Lead content planning and livestream marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with internal team members, livestream hosts, and external partners
- Track campaign performance, customer feedback, sales trends, and growth opportunities
- Help build marketing processes and support team coordination as the company grows
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, social media, livestream marketing, e-commerce, retail, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online trends, and customer engagement
- Ability to develop marketing plans, execute projects, and drive sales-focused results
- Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Creative, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in the beauty industry
