WE’RE HIRING: OFFICE MANAGER / MARKETING COORDINATOR
dRemodeling is looking for an organized, dependable and creative person to join our design-build remodeling team in Philadelphia.
If you enjoy working with people, keeping an office running smoothly and creating marketing content, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: 7709 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19128
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, in person
Compensation: $52,000 annual base salary, equivalent to $25/hour for a 40-hour week, plus appointment incentives
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Answer calls, emails and website inquiries, and welcome clients to our showroom.
- Schedule appointments, follow up with potential clients and keep our Zoho CRM organized.
- Manage office calendars, supplies, records and recurring deadlines.
- Create social media posts, newsletters and promotional materials featuring our remodeling projects.
- Help organize and edit project photos and videos, with occasional local jobsite visits.
- Support invoicing, employee onboarding and other administrative tasks.
- Assist the owner with scheduling, follow-up and occasional confidential personal administrative tasks.
The position starts at approximately 70% office administration and 30% marketing, with the goal of moving toward a 50/50 balance as you learn our systems and help improve office processes.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in office administration, customer service, client coordination or a similar role.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and consistent follow-through.
- Comfort learning software and managing several priorities.
- Experience creating social media content and using tools such as Canva or photo/video editing software.
- A friendly, professional approach and the ability to work independently.
Experience with CRM software, QuickBooks, email marketing or the remodeling industry is a plus. Training on our company systems will be provided.
