City Spine and Injury – Philadelphia, PA Part-Time | Hybrid | $20/hour

City Spine and Injury is a growing chiropractic and rehabilitation practice in Philadelphia specializing in personal injury, auto accident, and workers’ compensation care. We are looking for a creative, motivated Social Media, Content & Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, strengthen our online presence, and support our overall marketing and community outreach efforts.

This is a part-time hybrid position ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional who is creative, organized, comfortable with social media, and excited to help grow a local healthcare brand.

Responsibilities

• Create, film, edit, and post engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Develop social media content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Create short-form videos, Reels, graphics, educational posts, and promotional content
• Assist with management and optimization of paid social media advertising campaigns
• Help develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new patients
• Photograph and film content in-office as needed
• Monitor social media engagement, trends, and performance
• Track basic marketing analytics and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist with Google ads, SEO optimization
• Assist with local marketing, community outreach, events, and relationship-building initiatives
• Help create marketing materials for referral partners and community contacts
• Maintain a consistent and professional City Spine and Injury brand across platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Experience creating social media content through employment, internships, school projects, freelance work, or a personal portfolio
• Comfortable creating and editing short-form video content
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of social media advertising and analytics preferred
• Ability to work independently and bring new ideas to the table
• Comfortable working both remotely and on-site in Philadelphia
