- Ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse social and cultural backgrounds, making them feel comfortable while helping to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction. This includes patients who are severely ill and incapacitated.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with physicians.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with other staff, recognizing the importance of cooperation and contribution to a team effort.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
