INTRODUCTION
Deaconess Kentucky Specialty Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a growing, outpatient-focused practice in Western Kentucky. This is a great opportunity for a physician looking to build a strong endocrine practice with the support of an established health system, collaborative referral network, and flexibility for work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $350,000
- Opportunity to earn additional compensation through a productivity-based wRVU model
- 2.5% quality bonus opportunity
- $36,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment, or a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year commitment, to help you relocate and settle into your new role.
- Relocation assistance: up to $15,000
- 5-year contract with automatic annual renewal

- One week CME with professional allowance up to
- Six paid holidays
- 5 CME days + $3,500 annual stipend

PRACTICE DETAILS
The incoming physician will:
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic endocrine disorders
- Collaborate with APPs, primary care physicians, and specialists
- Participate in quality initiatives and department goals
- Provide high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care
Call expectations are flexible and to be discussed based on the coverage model.
