What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and optimize HVAC systems with a primary focus on rooftop units (RTUs), while supporting associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance; diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repair or modification solutions.
Complete general facility maintenance tasks, including patching, painting, door repairs, and other minor building repairs as needed.
Coordinate, schedule, and escort vendors and contractors, serving as the on-site point of contact to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Support critical building infrastructure, including HVAC and generator systems serving IT and other mission-critical spaces, while assisting with change control processes and related documentation.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and operational documentation while ensuring compliance with facility standards and safety requirements.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions and apply innovative thinking to your work.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset, capable of analyzing and solving mildly complex problems.
Sophisticated math skills, with the ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the HVAC Mobile Engineer position is $30.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the HVAC Mobile Engineer position is $35.34 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
