Job Requirements:
- Perform a wide range of MRI procedures on patients, always ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Performs thorough screening of patients prior to procedure.
- Ensures no metal objects accompany patient into procedure room.
- Assists in the management of patient flow, data reconstruction and sending images to PACS.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
- Work closely with radiologists to review and analyze MRI scans for diagnostic purposes.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including detailed notes on procedures performed and any unusual patient reactions or events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of MRI protocols to ensure optimal image quality.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities, including regular equipment testing and monitoring.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care is maintained.
- Performs related duties, as required.

The salary range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
