IV Vitamin Therapy Clinic is seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable Family Nurse Practitioners / APRNs to join our Las Vegas clinical team.

Established in 2015, our clinic has served Las Vegas residents, travelers, athletes, performers, executives, medical professionals, and returning wellness patients for more than a decade.

Our main clinic is conveniently located approximately one block from the Wynn Las Vegas and near the Sphere.

This is also an exciting time to join our company. We are planning to open an additional Las Vegas location by the end of this year, with plans for several additional locations over the following year.

Positions Available

We are currently considering practitioners for:

• Full-time in-clinic positions
• Part-time in-clinic positions

We understand that many experienced practitioners already have established careers or other professional commitments.

For that reason, we are open to candidates seeking anything from one or two consistent days per week to a full-time position.

Compensation & Earning PotentialIn-Clinic Practitioners

Base Pay: $60 per hour

In addition to the hourly rate, in-clinic practitioners receive:

100% of the patient tips earned during their shifts.

Tips commonly range approximately:

$100–$300+ per day

depending on patient volume and services provided.

Because tips are paid in addition to the $60/hour base rate, total earnings during busy clinic shifts can commonly reach approximately:

$75–$100+ per hour in effective total compensation.

Example: 7-Hour Clinic Shift

Base compensation:
7 hours × $60/hour = $420

With additional tips:

• $100 tips = $520 total for the day
• $200 tips = $620 total for the day
• $300 tips = $720 total for the day

That represents approximately:

• $74/hour total compensation with $100 in tips
• $89/hour total compensation with $200 in tips
• $103/hour total compensation with $300 in tips

Tips vary based on patient volume and are not guaranteed.

Remote Telemedicine Practitioners

Remote telemedicine shifts are compensated at the applicable hourly rate.

Remote shifts do not include in-clinic patient tip income.

Laboratory-Prepared IV Infusions

A major part of our clinical model is our controlled infusion-preparation process.

All IV infusions are prepared in our designated laboratory area before they are administered to patients.

This includes:

• In-clinic treatments
• Mobile IV treatments
• Hotel dispatches
• Residential appointments

Infusions are not prepared at the patient's chairside, inside hotel rooms, residences, or at mobile treatment locations.

This allows our practitioners and nurses to focus on:

• Patient assessment

• Safety and quality of care

In-Clinic Practitioner Responsibilities

Our in-clinic practitioners provide direct patient care and clinical oversight while working closely with our Registered Nurses.

Responsibilities may include:

• Performing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Reviewing medical history, medications, allergies, and changes in health
• Determining whether patients are appropriate candidates for treatment
• Developing, approving, modifying, postponing, or declining treatment when clinically appropriate
• Providing treatment orders within scope of practice
• Starting peripheral IVs
• Administering authorized IV therapies
• Assisting with difficult IV access
• Monitoring patients during treatment
• Responding appropriately to reactions or changes in condition
• Providing clinical guidance to Registered Nurses
• Answering clinical questions from nursing staff
• Reviewing patient concerns before or during treatment
• Conducting follow-up evaluations when necessary
• Educating patients regarding treatment expectations
• Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supporting safe and efficient clinic operations
• Participating in clinical training and protocol review
• Assisting with staff education when appropriate

Strong IV Skills Are Required for In-Clinic Practitioners

Because this is an IV therapy clinic, our in-clinic practitioners must be comfortable providing direct patient care, not solely supervisory coverage.

Applicants should already be highly proficient with peripheral IV insertion and comfortable with:

• Small veins
• Difficult IV starts
• Dehydrated patients
• Elderly patients
• Challenging venous access
• Patients with a history of difficult sticks
• Appropriate catheter and site selection

This is not an entry-level IV-training position.

We provide comprehensive orientation regarding:

• Our treatments
• Clinic protocols
• Documentation systems
• Laboratory procedures

• Clinical workflow

However, we do not use patients to teach basic venipuncture.

In-clinic candidates must arrive with strong IV skills and be capable of performing IV insertions independently.

Final candidates may be asked to demonstrate IV competency before working independently.

Remote Telemedicine Opportunities

We are also considering experienced Nevada APRNs for scheduled remote telemedicine coverage.

Remote practitioners may provide patient evaluations and clinical oversight through secure telemedicine.

Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting video consultations with new patients
• Evaluating returning patients when updated clinical evaluation is required
• Reviewing changes in medical history
• Reviewing medications and allergies
• Evaluating current symptoms and clinical concerns
• Determining whether patients are appropriate candidates for treatment
• Approving, modifying, postponing, or declining treatment when clinically appropriate
• Providing treatment orders within scope of practice
• Communicating treatment decisions to the assigned RN
• Answering clinical questions from nursing staff
• Providing guidance when a patient's condition or history changes
• Conducting follow-up consultations when necessary
• Reviewing relevant laboratory information
• Documenting assessments and orders promptly
• Remaining available and responsive during assigned coverage periods
• Escalating urgent clinical concerns appropriately

Remote practitioners must have:

• Reliable internet access
• A private and professional workspace
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong independent clinical judgment
• Timely documentation habits
• Reliable availability during scheduled coverage

Remote practitioners are not required to personally start IVs while working remotely, although previous IV and infusion experience is strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nevada Nurse Practitioner / APRN license
• License in good standing
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred
• Appropriate Nevada prescribing authority for assigned responsibilities
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Sound independent clinical judgment
• Ability to evaluate patient suitability for treatment
• Ability to provide appropriate clinical orders within scope of practice

• Strong peripheral IV-start skills are required
• Must be comfortable with difficult and small veins
• Must be willing to provide direct patient care
• Must be comfortable administering authorized IV therapies
• Must be comfortable assisting nurses with difficult IV access
• Must be willing to complete an IV competency evaluation

Schedule Options

We offer flexibility based on practitioner availability and clinic needs.

Full-Time In Clinic

• Approximately 4–5 days per week
• Monday–Friday availability preferred
• Daytime clinic hours
• Consistent weekly schedule
• No Sunday shifts

Part-Time / Per Diem In Clinic

• Approximately 1–3 consistent days per week
• Daytime clinic hours
• Weekday availability preferred

Remote Telemedicine

• Scheduled remote coverage periods
• Consultations and documentation completed remotely
• Must remain reachable and responsive throughout assigned coverage hours

Hybrid

Qualified practitioners may work a combination of:

Final scheduling is based on practitioner availability, qualifications, patient demand, and clinic needs.

Orientation & 90-Day Evaluation

Every practitioner completes orientation before working independently.

Orientation may include:

It is not intended to teach basic clinical judgment or entry-level IV skills.

There is a 90-day introductory evaluation period during which we assess:
