Job Type: Weekdays, Full-Time
Education/Licensure Requirements:
Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS), Valid Tennessee State License (PA-C, NP-C), Current BLS or CPR certification
Qualifications / Responsibilities
- Current and active NP or PA medical license in the state of Tennessee
- Maintain medical license/certifications, follow all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines, and must comply with continuing education requirements as well as be interested and willing to learn about new products and procedures (company will pay for additional training)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible for all aspects and standards of client care (obtaining medical history, performing skin care consults, completing injectable treatments and cosmetic procedures, and follow up evaluation)
- Performs facial analysis, evaluation of patients anatomy and skin, and cosmetic procedures as well as answer patients’ questions or concerns
- Develop skincare treatment plans through full facial analysis and manages expectations of results
- Strong knowledge of current patient care techniques/trends in skincare and injectables
- Preferred six months of experience in plastic/cosmetic surgery and/or dermatology-related field
- Ability to be knowledgable and and comply with company’s standards of operations
- Proficiency in electronic health records
- Monitors inventory levels of products and alerts staff to ordering needs
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
- Must be flexible in job duties and work schedule (i.e.- work special events as assigned)
