Anova Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our hospital medicine team at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital in Lebanon, Tennessee. This daytime hospitalist position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment while caring for a diverse inpatient population.
Located just 30 minutes east of Nashville, Lebanon offers the convenience of a growing community with easy access to the amenities of Middle Tennessee.
Position Highlights
- Full-time Hospitalist APP
- 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
- 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- $15,000 sign-on package
- Collaborative practice with an on-call hospitalist physician
- Physician-owned and physician-led medical group
- Supportive leadership and experienced clinical team
Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP/ACNP), or Physician Associate (PA-C)
- Tennessee license or eligibility for licensure
- Hospital medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates with strong inpatient clinical experience are encouraged to apply
