Cerevia Behavioral Health Group is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Provide medication management and follow-up care
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with therapists and other treating professionals
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license and CRNP certification
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Applicable prescribing credentials for services provided
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide care through telehealth and/or in person
Collaborating Provider Requirement
Candidates must secure and maintain their own supervising/collaborating physician and any required collaborative agreement before beginning patient care. Cerevia does not provide or arrange a supervising/collaborating physician for this position.
