We are a small, locally owned outpatient hand therapy clinic seeking a motivated, compassionate CHT or Occupational Therapist with hand therapy experience to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, and upper-extremity injuries and conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve function, strength, and mobility.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, custom splinting, and patient education.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with referring physicians.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Current Hawaii Occupational Therapist license.
- Experience in hand therapy required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a small clinic setting.
