- Keep the clinic presentable and stocked — supplies, linens, restroom, lobby, and coordinating the laundry service
What we need
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required) — many of our patients discuss their surgery and recovery in Spanish
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a medical or clinical setting

- Discretion with patient information and a clear understanding of HIPAA
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- A plus, not required: sales experience; WordPress; experience in a plastic surgery, dermatology, or physical therapy practice
What we provide
- Company laptop and company cell phone; structured onboarding in our systems, front-office HIPAA practices, and clinical literacy
- 401(k) retirement plan with company Safe Harbor match, discretionary profit sharing, and immediate vesting on all company contributions (eligibility begins after one year; plan documents govern)
- Medical plan
- Employee discount on clinic treatments
- Eligibility for our annual performance bonus program
- Real career advancement — our Principal Office Manager grew into that role from this seat
- A sale bonus opportunity for lead roles: team members invited into a lead position may be offered our Sale Bonus and Phantom Equity agreement, a bonus calculated as 1% of the net proceeds if the company is ever sold. Offered by invitation under a separate written agreement; requires active employment in good standing at closing; not an ownership interest; not a guarantee of any amount
Compensation and schedule
- $17.00–$21.00 per hour depending on experience, paid bi-weekly
- Non-exempt position; overtime paid per law
- Full-time, generally 30–40 hours per week, with flexibility to cover some weekends and holidays
- Based at our Memorial / Energy Corridor location, with occasional coverage at The Woodlands

Office Manager Jobs in Houston: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a office manager job in Houston?
The strongest entry points in Houston are energy companies along the Energy Corridor, large healthcare systems in the Medical Center, and professional services firms Downtown and in Greenway Plaza. Candidates who stand out typically combine experience managing multi-department operations with proficiency in scheduling and facilities coordination. Familiarity with the vendor and contractor ecosystem common in Houston's oil-and-gas and healthcare sectors is a genuine differentiator with local employers.
Which companies hire office managers in Houston?
Employers hiring office managers in Houston right now include WRG, Acuren, and Cotton, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Houston's mix of large energy corporations, major hospital networks, and regional professional services firms means openings range from single-office coordinator roles to multi-site operations positions.
Are there remote office manager jobs in Houston?
Yes, though with limitations: office manager roles that involve facilities oversight, vendor management, or in-person staff coordination are largely on-site by nature, while positions focused on scheduling, reporting, and administrative coordination can go hybrid or fully remote. About 6% of office manager openings tied to Houston are remote or hybrid as of September 2026. The most remote-friendly roles in the Houston market tend to sit within professional services and technology-adjacent firms rather than energy or healthcare.
How can I get a office manager job in Houston with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Houston is through an administrative assistant or office coordinator role, particularly with one of the city's many mid-size energy services or healthcare support companies that hire at volume and promote from within. Medical Center employers and staffing agencies that serve Downtown and Greenway Plaza regularly bring on junior administrative staff who move into office manager positions within two to three years. Strong proficiency with scheduling software and a willingness to handle facilities tasks alongside desk work makes entry-level candidates considerably more competitive locally.
Which industries hire the most office managers in Houston?
Houston office manager roles concentrate in Education, Insurance, and Manufacturing, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Houston's position as the national center of the energy industry and home to one of the largest medical complexes in the country drives sustained, year-round demand for operational and administrative leadership across both sectors.
