Are you organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others? We are looking for a motivated and professional Scheduler / Office Administrator to join our growing team! This position plays a vital role in supporting both our caregivers, clients and office staff, while helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and maintaining daily caregiver schedules
- Maintain records of client requests, employee requests, employee call-outs and the reasons
- Maintain positive communication and cooperation with clients, families, coworkers, and community
- Comply with all of the Agency’s applicable policies and procedures
- Coordinate, distribute, and track monthly caregiver education materials for compliance
- Maintain and updating caregiver point systems
- Maintain RN Delegation records
- Ensuring all caregiver files remain compliant and up to date
- Supervising and supporting caregivers professionally and respectfully
- Assist with some human resources tasks, on-boarding new hires, or acting as a liaison between departments
- Assist with miscellaneous office and administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned
