Full-time | In personElements Compounding Pharmacy is looking for a highly organized, self-directed professional to help operate two important areas of our growing pharmacy: provider relations and regulatory/licensing administration.This is not a traditional sales position and it is not a front-desk role.We are looking for someone who is comfortable managing detailed administrative processes, following work through to completion, communicating with medical practices and outside agencies, and helping build durable systems as the company grows.What you would doYou would work across two complementary areas.Provider Relations / Growth Operations

• Maintain and work physician/practice accounts in our CRM.
• Follow up with medical offices after initial outreach.
• Help practices understand how to work with the pharmacy and our prescriber platform.
• Coordinate invitations, onboarding and follow-up.
• Track next actions so interested practices do not fall through the cracks.
• Communicate professionally by phone and email with office managers, medical assistants and prescribers.
• Support targeted outreach campaigns and help us learn what practices actually value.
• Keep notes, statuses and follow-up information accurate and current.
• Escalate clinical or pharmacist questions appropriately rather than trying to answer outside your role.

Licensing / Administrative Operations

• Prepare and maintain pharmacy-license applications, renewals and supporting documentation.
• Track requirements, deadlines and correspondence across multiple states.
• Communicate with state boards and other outside agencies.
• Organize document packets and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain clear trackers and status records.
• Prepare founder/pharmacist-only items for review and signature rather than allowing applications to stall.
• Help improve the underlying process so licensing work becomes repeatable and easier to operate over time.

• Are confident enough to make outreach calls, but do not approach relationships like a high-pressure salesperson.

Helpful experienceExperience in one or more of the following is helpful, but we are open to strong candidates from adjacent backgrounds:

• healthcare operations;
• medical-office administration;
• provider relations;
• credentialing;
• licensing or regulatory administration;
• healthcare customer success;
• physician/practice outreach;
• CRM-based account coordination;
• project or operations coordination.

Pharmacy experience is helpful but not required.What this role is notThis is not:

• a commission sales position;
• a pharmaceutical sales-rep role;
• a front-desk receptionist position;
• a generic marketing job;
• a role where success means making the most calls possible.

We care more about good judgment, organization, follow-through and professional relationship-building.Work styleThis role is primarily in person at our Mesa, Arizona pharmacy.You will work closely with pharmacy leadership and will have increasing ownership as you learn the systems and demonstrate sound judgment.We are looking for someone who wants to become an important operational owner, not simply complete assigned tasks.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
