ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Operations Manager is the strategic connector between a world‑leading tech client and the teams delivering hospitality, culinary, and workplace experience services. This role ensures exceptional service delivery, operational alignment, and a seamless employee experience across a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.

You will partner closely with senior client stakeholders, cross‑functional leaders, and on‑site teams to elevate engagement, drive program adoption, and strengthen the workplace culture across a large, multi‑site portfolio.

This position is a resource role that could last up to 6 months.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of hospitality, culinary, and workplace experience services across a dynamic, multi‑site environment
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to align on priorities, elevate engagement, and strengthen workplace culture
• Drive operational consistency by coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring adherence to service standards and program expectations
• Enhance employee experience by supporting programs, events, and initiatives that reflect the client’s culture and values
• Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities, improve service delivery, and support continuous improvement
• Support program adoption by communicating updates, aligning teams, and ensuring smooth implementation of new workplace initiatives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
• Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
