We are a growing immigration law firm in Queens founded by a retired Immigration Judge, a former DHS attorney, and an immigrant/refugee. We are looking for a hands-on, AI-native Marketing & AI Growth Associate to help build the firm’s brand, content, systems, and referral engine.

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early-career marketer who wants real ownership, not just a traditional assistant position. We care more about what you can build, learn, write, organize, and execute than how many years are on your resume.

This is not just a social media posting job. You will help turn a rare legal background into a strong public brand while working across social media, landing pages, GoHighLevel, SEO coordination, paid ads coordination, email/SMS campaigns, attorney referrals, content creation, and AI tools.

$55,000 - $75,000

• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Google Business Profile, email, and the firm website.
• Help develop the public brand of a retired Immigration Judge who now advocates for immigrants, families, and businesses.
• Polish landing pages and help improve conversion from visitor to consultation.
• Help manage and improve GoHighLevel workflows.
• Coordinate with our SEO, PPC, Meta ads, web, and CRM vendors to make sure projects are completed and results are tracked.
• Build an attorney referral funnel, including referral outreach, email sequences, LinkedIn messages, referral forms, and one-page referral materials.
• Repurpose attorney insights, speaking clips, videos, FAQs, and immigration topics into social posts, short videos, newsletters, and website content.
• Track weekly marketing results, including leads, consultation bookings, signed cases, reviews, social engagement, website activity, and vendor progress.
• Work with attorneys and intake staff to understand what types of leads are good, what questions clients ask, and where follow-up can improve.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but strong experience and portfolio may substitute.
• At least 1 year of relevant digital marketing, social media, marketing operations, agency, law firm, or professional services experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfort level using AI tools and learning new platforms quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, deadlines, and marketing channels.
• Experience with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred.
• Experience with immigration, legal services, or multilingual communities is a plus.
• Spanish, Russian, or another language is a plus but not required.
