INTRODUCTION
We are seeking a Financial Analyst II with experience in FP&A, financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and budgeting to support a high-volume healthcare finance environment. This hybrid role requires onsite training for the first two weeks and 8–12 onsite days per month thereafter.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end close, financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist with operating and capital budgets
- Maintain financial systems, reconciliations, benchmarking, and audit support
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting
- Work with multiple business units/entities and large financial datasets
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience
- Strong Excel and financial systems experience
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial operations
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and reconciliations
PREFERRED
- Healthcare finance or Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience
- Board reporting, benchmarking, audit, or financial modeling experience
COMPENSATION
- Pay: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour
