Summary
The ServiceNow Developer II is responsible for independently configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow platform capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure, develop, and administer ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform components.
- Support and enhance ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
- Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Manage update sets, support releases and upgrades, and resolve moderately complex production issues.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, documentation, and configuration records.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
