Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and enterprise automations using the Moveworks platform.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise AI solutions.
- Build and maintain backend components that support AI-driven applications.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities to support automation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize integrations across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with customers and global delivery teams throughout implementation projects.
- Contribute to technical innovation and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
- Create technical documentation to support implementation and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations or integrations in production environments is mandatory.
- Proven experience developing backend applications and integrating enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with international customers and cross-functional teams.
- Must hold active and valid ServiceNow certifications.
Technical Skills
- Strong programming skills in at least one backend language such as Python, Java, C++, Golang or JavaScript.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM or CSM.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and platform integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth2 and JWT.
- Experience working with JSON and XML.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of AI technologies and enterprise automation.
