The Role:
As an Inside Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating your own pipeline and closing net-new business with small to mid-sized companies. This is a hunters role focused on outbound prospecting, virtual consults and deal execution.
You will get direct coaching, clear expectations, and the chance to grow in a high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive outbound outreach daily via phone, email, LinkedIn and other creative channels
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects in Salesforce
- Lead discovery calls and guide business owners through our solutions
- Create and present clear, value-driven proposals
- Close new payroll business in a full-cycle sales process
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and revenue
- Take feedback, apply it, and stay consistent
Who You Are:
You are early in your sales career but already showing strong potential. You’re hungry, coachable, and excited to take on a full-cycle sales role where your performance directly drives your results.
- 1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR roles or similar high-activity environments
- Strong communicator — especially over the phone and in follow-up
- Motivated, organized, and comfortable owning your pipeline
- Open to coaching and focused on continuous improvement
- Committed to consistency, competitiveness, and high standards
