SALES TEAM VISION

Responsibilities:
- High work ethic (Monday-Saturday)
- Follow our proven sales process
- Train with your coach daily
- 200+ Dials per day
- Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
- Admin work for data collection
- Be a team player
Results:
- 5 sets per day
- 70% show rate
- Minimum of 13 closes per month
Requirements
- 6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
- Excellent communication skills
LOCATION:
- Remote, USA (option to re-locate for top performer)
- Must live in one of the states we’re registered to operate in: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA
COMPENSATION:
- $65k Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $75k - $85k)
- Our closers make $150-$200k+, top performing setters are eligible for promotion.

How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Sales Development Representative

Can I work as a Sales Development Representative on OPT?
Yes. SDR roles qualify for OPT as long as the position relates to your degree field. Most business, communications, marketing, and economics degrees connect clearly to an SDR role. If your degree is in a STEM field, some SDR positions at tech companies may qualify for STEM OPT, but the connection to your major needs to be defensible to your DSO.
Does my SDR employer need to sponsor me for OPT?
No. OPT is work authorization tied to your F-1 status, not employer sponsorship. Your employer does not file any petition on your behalf for standard OPT. However, for a STEM OPT extension, your employer must be enrolled in E-Verify and sign a training plan form with your DSO. Confirming E-Verify status early avoids complications later.

If you find a new SDR role within 60 days and it relates to your degree, your OPT authorization continues. Unemployment also accumulates against your OPT period, with a 90-day limit for standard OPT.
