Compensation
- $30–$49 per hour, based on experience, certifications, CDL and skill level

- Up to $300 monthly individual production incentive

Responsibilities include:
- Climbing trees using professional rope-and-saddle systems
- Performing structural, ornamental and maintenance pruning
- Performing technical and hazardous tree removals
- Operating chainsaws and other professional tree-care equipment
- Rigging and lowering limbs and wood
- Working from aerial lifts and bucket trucks when appropriate
- Assisting with crane-supported tree removals
- Evaluating the work zone for hazards, including utilities, traffic and electrical conductors
- Performing daily equipment and safety inspections
- Maintaining climbing and production equipment
- Following ANSI, OSHA and company safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and professional job site
- Providing professional service to customers and representing Ostvig Tree Care well
