Responsibilities
NA Creator & Partner Monetization — part of NA Creative Ops. The team owns commercialization and GTM of TikTok One (TTO) and creator-enabled revenue products across the NA agency and brand ecosystem. Role Introduction: We're looking for someone who sits at the intersection of product marketing and partner management — not a traditional partner manager. You'll own the GTM and adoption strategy for TikTok One Platforms across NA creator marketing agencies. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will focus on both existing partners and growing new partners, centered around driving adoption of product solutions designed to allow brands to invest in creator marketing and on TikTok ads. The team’s culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next. In this role, you will work directly with partners in the creator marketing ecosystem. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders including product, strategy, legal, partner activation & enablement, and marketing to develop new ways for consumers to interact with products, services and experiences they love.
Responsibilities:
- Lead go-to-market and partner sales for a major new feature within TikTok One, driving adoption across creator marketing agencies and brands through strategic pitching, onboarding, and execution
- Manage core operations for business planning and growth, including annual planning, OKRs, ongoing reporting and contract work, proactively resolving business issues.
- Drive product and business adoption of creative product integrations and solutions
- Ensure smooth launch and localization of new features or solution tiers in different North America markets
- Develop tools, playbooks, templates, best practices for creators and brands: e.g., creator brief templates, compensation / contract models, style guides, content & campaign guidelines.
- Project manage complex integrations with various partners
- Strong aptitude for data analysis with the ability to interpret business and partner performance metrics to drive strategic insights and inform decision-making
- Identify opportunities to scale existing solutions for more businesses and creators.
- Define complex programs and integration paths with strategic partners to enable TikTok advertising, discovery, and creator monetization at scale.
- Navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems independently, and drive initiatives to completion with efficiency and accountability.
- Source and qualify new partnerships that fit into overall creator marketing needs.
- Represent TikTok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product marketing, GTM, or commercialization — ideally in a marketplace, creator economy, adtech/martech, or platform business.
- Demonstrated product sense: comfortable evaluating product-market fit, prioritizing based on partner and business impact, and giving structured product feedback — not just relaying partner requests.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills: able to build a business case, size an opportunity, and read performance data to adjust strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to produce executive-ready narratives and materials for both partners and internal leadership.
- Experience designing or launching packaged/bundled solutions (pricing, tiering, self-serve vs. managed service).
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience in creator economy, influencer marketplace, or social platform ecosystems.
- Familiarity with creator/agency compensation models (flat fee, performance, affiliate) and branded content rights/IP basics.
- Agency-side or adtech/martech background — understands how agencies evaluate and adopt new platform tools.
- Experience localizing or scaling a product/solution across regions or markets.

Mid Level Partner Marketing Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a mid level partner marketing manager job?
Position your experience around ownership and outcomes, not just responsibilities. Highlight programs you led independently, partners you onboarded or grew, and pipeline or revenue results you can quantify. Tailor your resume to show cross-functional collaboration and channel strategy execution. Recruiters at this level want candidates who can run programs without heavy direction, so lead with evidence of exactly that.
