VERO RESIDENTIAL
Social Media and Brand Partnerships Manager
Uptown Dallas, TX | Full-time | $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, plus performance upside and full benefits
WHO WE ARE
Vero is a rare kind of hospitality company. We don't just design beautiful spaces. We build them, we run them, and we bring them to life. The same team draws the floor plans, sources the materials, opens the doors, and then programs the fitness, the food, the music, and the rituals that turn a building full of strangers into a genuine community. Most companies do one of those things. We do all of them, with a focus on health, wellness, and real social connection.
It's the thinking behind the places we've helped create, Fitler Club in Philadelphia, the Ballers social clubs, Inisio in Scottsdale, and now Vero Residential, where we run luxury apartment buildings like private members clubs and neighbors actually become friends.
This role is based at our Dallas flagship, the building where we're proving the model before it scales across the country. The focus is here, but as Vero grows there will be room to work across the wider platform too.
THE ROLE
You're the person who makes the building feel alive from the outside in, and the one who tells the world about it. The work is two things that usually live in two different people, and we want them in one: you create the content, and you bring in the partners. But underneath both, the real job is people. Everything you make and everyone you bring in is in service of a community that feels like home.
On content, you shoot, edit, and post. You turn a Thursday dinner, a Sunday brunch, a pool party, a wine tasting, the gardening club, into stories worth following. You have the eye, and you know what travels on Instagram and TikTok. You also know the difference between content that just looks good and content that makes a resident feel seen.
On partnerships, you know Dallas. You bring in the restaurants, the chefs, the musicians, the pop-ups, the healthy-food partners, the beverage and alcohol sponsors, the collaborations that make our events better than anything a resident could find on their own. You can walk into a room, build a real relationship, and close it.
You report directly to ownership, because the brand voice is set at the top and you carry it. You work hand in hand with the General Manager and the Experience Manager, who run the building and bring the events to life. The outreach runs through you. This is the outward face of Vero, and you'll have real room to build it your way.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone warm, who genuinely likes people, and who happens to be elite at both content and partnerships. That combination is rare, and we'll wait for the right person, because this role only works in the hands of someone who cares about the community as much as the craft.
Come with the work. A reel or portfolio you shot and edited yourself, and the accounts you've grown. We'd rather see it than hear about it.
Come with the network. The collaborations and sponsors you've closed, and the Dallas relationships you can call today. You're already part of this city, its restaurants, its music, its food, its events. If you're new to Dallas, this probably isn't the role, because the relationships are the one thing we can't teach you.
A feel for brand is a bonus. If you also think about how a brand gets built across social and marketing, that moves you to the top of the list. Three to six years doing this kind of work, ideally somewhere culture was the product. You've run your own calendar, built your own partnerships, and made your own content. You don't need a big team behind you. You're the team, and you'll have the freedom to build something that becomes the template for every Vero that comes after this one.
THE PATH
This is a build-it role. The model you create in Dallas becomes how Vero programs and tells its story in every market we open. The person who does this well grows with the company.
COMPENSATION
$80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, plus performance upside tied to engagement and reach, and full benefits. The top of that range is for someone genuinely elite at both content and partnerships.
We're building something people are proud to call home. If that's the kind of thing you'd want to put your name on, let's talk.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Partnerships Manager Jobs in Dallas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a partnerships manager job in Dallas?
Focus your search on Dallas's dominant hiring sectors: enterprise technology, health systems, financial services, and supply chain and logistics companies headquartered in Uptown, Las Colinas, and the Platinum Corridor. Candidates who can demonstrate a history of closing channel or strategic alliances deals stand out in this market. Networking through Dallas Regional Chamber events and local industry groups accelerates introductions to hiring managers at both mid-size firms and large regional headquarters.
Which companies hire partnerships managers in Dallas?
Companies currently hiring partnerships managers in Dallas include Flix SE, Exyte, and ABM Industries, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. The Dallas market is particularly active among regional headquarters of national technology platforms, large healthcare networks, and financial services firms with deep partner ecosystems.
Are there remote partnerships manager jobs in Dallas?
Yes, though partnerships manager roles that involve frequent partner-facing meetings, co-selling, or event coordination tend to require at least some in-office presence. About 45% of partnerships manager openings tied to Dallas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, with fully remote positions most common at software companies and SaaS platforms headquartered in or operating out of the Platinum Corridor and Las Colinas.
How can I get a partnerships manager job in Dallas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Dallas is moving laterally from an inside sales, account coordinator, or business development representative role at one of the city's many technology or healthcare companies. Employers in Uptown and Las Colinas regularly hire associate-level partnership coordinators who support senior managers before stepping into independent roles. Familiarity with CRM tools and a demonstrated ability to manage external relationships, even in a sales support context, gives entry-level candidates a meaningful edge locally.
Which industries hire the most partnerships managers in Dallas?
Dallas partnerships manager roles concentrate in Construction & Real Estate, Consulting & Professional Services, and Technology & Software, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Dallas's position as a major logistics hub, combined with its dense cluster of technology and financial services headquarters, consistently drives hiring across those sectors for roles that manage vendor, channel, and strategic alliance relationships.
