Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapeutic care and functional mobility training
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams (OT, SLP, Nursing)
Document all treatments and progress per facility and regulatory standards
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on recovery techniques and exercises
Requirements
Active California PT license
Current BLS Certification (AHA-approved)
Prior SNF or post-acute rehab experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Compensation & Benefits
$45–$50/hour (depending on experience)
