Yes, though remote work is rare for physician assistants given the hands-on, clinical nature of the role. About 0% of physician assistant openings tied to Seattle are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, and those tend to be telehealth or care-coordination roles rather than direct patient care positions.
How can I get a physician assistant job in Seattle with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Seattle is through large health system residency or postgraduate training programs, which several First Hill and University of Washington-affiliated networks offer for new graduates. Urgent care groups and federally qualified health centers in neighborhoods like Rainier Valley and the Central District also hire new PAs, often in primary care or family medicine roles where on-the-job mentorship is built into the position.
