Job Title: Procurement Coordinator- IT (Info Tech)

Role Purpose Statement
The IT Procurement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing IT purchasing, ordering, vendor relationships, and procurement processes across North American operations. This role ensures the timely acquisition and delivery of IT hardware, software, and related services while maintaining compliance with company policies, approval workflows, and inventory reporting requirements.
The position serves as a key liaison between employees, vendors, procurement partners, and IT leadership to resolve purchasing issues, manage order escalations, maintain procurement systems and catalogs, and support continuous process improvements. The IT Procurement Coordinator will also provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for IT operational processes, while assisting with IT projects and executive support needs.

Main Accountabilities
Responsible for all standard IT Procurement purchases made within ordering portal for all North American locations
Second level approver for all purchases made within Webshop to verify selection complies with company policy
Manage workflows of the NAM Procurement Portal related to the ordering and approval process
Process Indirect Procurement Catalog; vendor, product and cost updates.
Facilitate issue resolution with Buy order support group, vendors and users
Monitor and manage IT Procurement order escalations that are not delivered by outsourced provider
Manage compliance to IT inventory reporting processes from distributors, suppliers and CSC’s with routine communication both verbal and written
Responsible for the mobility landscape including purchasing, activating, billing, usage analysis, policy abuse and vendor management
Maintain data table for all Webshop approvers and those who order in North America
Monitor and manage Webshop escalations that are not delivered by outsource provider
Initiate and control LSG responsible functions within Non-Standard Product process with outsourced provider
Maintain and Develop all training materials for NAM Order Management processes
Other IT projects as required.
Provide user and Executive support for all IT Infrastructure devices and processes
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Related procurement, telecommunications and billing experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and solve problems in very fast paced environment
The ability to write detailed precise business correspondence
Strong cognitive skills, including analysis, problem solving, attention to detail, and decision making
Decision making skills as they relate to cell phone contracts, hardware purchases, preferred vendors and general IT policy
Proficient computer skills to include hardware and software i.e. Microsoft Operating Systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
