Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Producer for a remote position based in the U.S. The Producer will oversee the development and delivery of high-quality financial products and services, ensuring client needs are met effectively. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing financial strategies, collaborating with operations teams, and supporting client retention and acquisition efforts. The role also involves generating new business opportunities and staying up-to-date on industry regulations.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to organize and oversee project execution
- Familiarity with financial products, including term life insurance, mutual funds, annuities, managed investments, and mortgages
- Proficiency in client relationship management and the ability to foster strong client connections
- Business development and sales aptitude, with a focus on creating new opportunities
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry regulations are advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
