Who You Are
You have the drive to explore solutions independently, balanced with the humility to ask for help when you hit a roadblock. You embrace the autonomy to take initiative, while actively seeking the support, mentorship, and resources necessary for your continuous success. With a strong foundation in UI/UX design, you bring a true product mindset to your work. You look beyond the pixels to deeply understand business goals, technical constraints, and user outcomes. You do not just ask how a feature should look; you ask how it drives value, how to measure success, and how it impacts the broader ecosystem. You enjoy the unique challenge of enterprise and data-heavy applications, taking pride in turning complex requirements into clear, usable, and intuitive workflows.
You take great pride in your craft, but you view your first drafts as collaborative starting points rather than precious artifacts. You welcome constructive feedback as a powerful tool for improvement and are eager to learn alongside a team of seasoned experts. Additionally, you see AI as a true partner in the design process. You regularly leverage modern tools to accelerate your research, explore a wider range of design variations, and automate repetitive tasks, allowing you to dedicate your focus to high-level problem-solving.
What a Great Candidate Looks Like:
- Minimum of two to four years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a related design discipline
- A deep understanding of components, auto-layout, and libraries in Figma, along with hands-on experience with workflow-heavy interfaces, data visualization, and Atlassian tools like Jira
- A sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, and layout defines your foundational craft
- Communication is one of your core strengths, enabling you to explain design decisions clearly and ask thoughtful questions across functional lines
- Demonstrate true AI fluency by integrating AI into your workflow to expand your creative range and improve efficiency
- Highly comfortable using and learning tools like Claude, Lovable, and Codex to bridge the gap between design and functional prototypes, significantly increasing both your operational speed and the overall quality of your output
Who We Are
Quantifind is the Risk Intelligence Company. We help some of the world's biggest banks identify money laundering and fraud. Quantifind delivers results through an AI-driven software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution with consumer-grade user experiences.
Quantifind's Graphyte platform uncovers risk signals across disparate, unstructured text sources using artificial intelligence and natural language processing techniques. In financial crimes risk management, Quantifind's solution uniquely combines internal financial institution data with public data to assess risk in the context of Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Fraud Risk Management, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. Today these compliance processes are burdened by ever-increasing regulatory responsibilities and an expectation of frictionless transactions. Quantifind's solution offers a way to cut through the inefficiency and enhance effectiveness simultaneously. Demand for this solution is fueling our rapid growth.

Throughout this process, you will partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure our designs are as technically feasible as they are user-centric. To help you succeed, we provide a supportive environment that fosters genuine collaboration across teams. Learning and professional growth are considered vital to your success and ours, and we support this journey through a flexible work environment that champions a family-friendly work-life balance.
