This role supports daily accounting operations, inventory reconciliation, reporting, and receiving functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
- Receive purchase orders and accurately enter receipts for raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and production records daily.
- Create and distribute reports to supervisors and managers.
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliations.
- Support receiving department operations for up to two hours per shift.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.
- Assist with general office and accounting support tasks as needed.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Oracle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- 10 key by touch.
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Capable of working in the receiving department for up to two hours per shift.
- Ability to occasionally walk through a manufacturing environment.
Days of Week Scheduled: Sunday thru Wednesday, 5:00AM-3:30PM
