Primrose Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as an Assistant Director of Clinical Services (ADCS). This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospice RN who is ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to make a meaningful impact on patients, families, and fellow clinicians.

What You'll Do
As the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you will:
- Assist in overseeing daily hospice clinical operations
- Support and mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Social Workers, Chaplains, and the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in patient admissions, case management, and care planning
- Ensure compliance with CMS Hospice Conditions of Participation and Oregon regulations
- Review clinical documentation for quality and regulatory compliance
- Assist with Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
- Support orientation, competency validation, education, and performance coaching
- Participate in IDG meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff
- Assist with staffing coordination and operational planning
- Serve as the Director of Clinical Services during delegated absences
QualificationsRequired
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of hospice or home health nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Preferred
- BSN
- Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience
- Hospice admissions and case management experience
- Knowledge of CMS Hospice Conditions of Participation (42 CFR §418)
- Experience with electronic medical records
