What You Will Do:
- Provide leadership to and supervision of Recovery Specialists to ensure the provision of quality care that incorporates the clinical understanding of addiction, dual diagnosis, and related health care issues.
- Take part in on-call rotation.
- Support the ongoing development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and role modeling.
- Maintain oversight of the medication room in collaboration with the program-designated nurse, when applicable.
- Assist in the selection of staff and resolving personnel issues.
- Assist in coaching and counseling of employees under the direction of the Program Director.
- Oversee client activities.
- Facilitate the efficient delivery of individual care through interdepartmental collaboration.
- Recognize and employ adherence to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources.
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate directions to staff clearly and appropriately.
- Proficient with MS Office, internet, and email systems.
- Two years of sobriety preferred.
