DHL Express USA is looking for a Commercial Program Manager that will be responsible for driving commercial effectiveness and operational excellence across U.S. Areas by aligning sales processes, technology, reporting, and performance management with the organization’s growth objectives.

The professional that will thrive in this role will have the ability to act as a strategic business partner to Sales Leadership, bridging commercial strategy, analytics, and execution. The role translates business priorities into actionable programs, delivers insights that support decision-making, and ensures consistent execution across the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead critical commercial planning processes, including Budget, Forecast, Sales Force Optimization (SFO), and Data Quality management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Deliver strategic analysis and insights to the leadership to identify growth opportunities, business risks, market trends, and performance gaps, enabling proactive decision-making by Sales Leadership.
• Drive operational excellence and process automation by streamlining workflows, eliminating inefficiencies, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
• Manage and optimize commercial tools and platforms, including STELLAR, GSIP+, GCPT, GCDB, Go!, Power BI, Snowflake, and other sales enablement and reporting systems.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and availability, providing accurate, timely, and actionable information to support commercial planning, performance management, and executive reporting.
• Partner closely with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to align commercial initiatives, tactical execution, and performance improvement programs with regional and national business strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Intermediate-level professional contributor
• Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point, any other business analytics tools are a plus
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field or MS/MA with a minimum of 1 year of experience in related field
• Professional certification is required in some areas
