Responsibilities
- Oversee annual budget planning, quarterly resource ordering, and OpEx tracking for compute, storage, and specialized artificial intelligence and machine learning hardware.
- Process, validate, and deliver resource requests to engineering teams.
- Drive resource efficiency efforts, including clawbacks of unneeded resources, to ensure high utilization and cost savings.
- Coordinate closely with other resource pools and Product Area Resource Management teams, particularly Ads Resource Engineering, Core, and Search, to acquire and distribute resources.
- Build tooling and leverage AI to automate and simplify resource management processes.
