About the role
Kerry Inc. seeks Global Quality Systems Manager at its facility located at 3400 Millington Rd, Beloit, WI 53511.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the successful implementation, coordination, and administration of new QHSE enterprise management system software as a Global Quality Systems Manager.
- Act as a Global Owner and Administrator for Kerry Global QHSE management software.
- Lead & support all the business-as-usual system global activities as a Global Quality Systems Manager.
- Assist with identification, implementation, and usage of IT systems for QHSE activities as a Global Quality Systems Manager.
- Deliver technical input of IT systems roadmaps that include enhancements to current systems, creation and integration of new and existing systems and timelines to achieve a best-in-class QHSE systems model as a Global Quality Systems Manager.
- Lead QHSE systems projects including the systemization of global standards/procedures (crisis management, food safety plans, food defense plans, sustainability metrics etc.) as a Global Quality Systems Manager.
- Manage QHSE Systems cross functional relationships including ICT, Finance, Operations etc. as a Global Quality Systems Manager.
- Lead automated processes, reporting, analysis and trending of KPIs as a Global Quality Systems Manager.
- Perform assessments to determine compliance to processes and regulations to identify potential gaps and mitigate and implement improvements within our Global QS system as a Global Quality Systems Manager.
- Train and support sites on the correct usage of QHSE tools as a Global Quality Systems Manager.
- Work with the QHSE teams to identify and develop continuous improvement strategies that will drive a Quality & Safety culture and best in class practice as a Global Quality Systems Manager.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Biological or Environmental Science, Food Science, Environmental Biology, Environmental Management, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience as a Quality Systems Practitioner or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with:
- Employing software technologies such as system builds, configuration, and deployment related to highly regulated industries;
- Knowledge of application maintenance, design, and development required including ability to create bespoke applications that meet business and regulatory requirements;
- Utilizing ICT Connectivity Protocols developed to automate connections between different ICT systems to support the digitalization process;
- Developing Performance Metrics and KPIs to define value-adding Food Safety Quality metrics and KPIs, and harvest the data and systems for reporting;
- Applying subject matter expertise on global manufacturing facilities to design and execute optimum global solutions, and disseminate best practices; and
- EHS and FSQ Industry practices.
Telecommuting: Permitted; Option to commute 3 days per week.
Travel: 5% domestic travel required for site visits and meetings.
Rate of Pay: $106,517 - $106,517. Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
